This is the public support URL for App Store and Google Play listings.

Start with Help inside the LeanLife app (or the chat on this site). It answers the common questions about bank linking, scanning, MedMind, billing, and privacy. If Help cannot finish the issue, it will offer a draft to support@leanlifeapp.com.

Account deletion

Email support@leanlifeapp.com from the address on the account with subject Account Deletion Request. We will delete the profile, pantry, medications, detected subscriptions, Plaid item, push tokens, and related records, except records we must keep for security, fraud, or store billing.

Password reset

LeanLife does not send forgot-password mail. If you can open the app, use Change password in Help. If you are locked out, email support with subject Password Reset Request.

Bank linking

Bank linking is a paid SubScan feature. It is not part of the 7-day trial. After you subscribe, bank login happens in Plaid Link, not in LeanLife. We never see your bank password. We may pull up to 24 months of transactions to categorize spending, detect recurring and duplicate charges, and show a spending snapshot. If Link opens after you pick a bank but then shows First Platypus Bank, that is Plaid’s test login — use user_good / pass_good, or skip bank linking. If a real bank login fails, try another method in Plaid or a different institution, then email us with the institution name (never the password).

MoneyMap

MoneyMap is the household ledger. FreshTrack, SubScan, MedMind, and PriceIQ all contribute to a Waste Report of dollars recovered this month (food used in time, cancelled charges, pharmacy wins) separately from still-on-the-table opportunities (active SubScan charges, duplicates, unused PriceIQ deals, overspend vs your history). Those two totals are never added together.

MedMind

MedMind is cost and refill tracking only. It is not medical advice. For dosing or interactions, use your pharmacy label and clinician.

Subscriptions

LeanLife is $5.99/month or $59.99/year after a 7-day trial, billed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel on a SubScan merchant only marks that charge inside LeanLife; it does not stop Netflix (or similar) or LeanLife itself.

If you do not subscribe after the trial, or if the LeanLife subscription ends, the app locks. Bank linking is not part of the trial. Linked banks stay connected for 1 week after a paid plan ends, then disconnect. Pantry, medications, and reports stay for 2 months so you can come back, then those household records are deleted.
